kent nordby (STUDIO 5)
Media: Oil
A self-taught oil painter originally from Seattle, I have been living on Fidalgo Island for the last five years and painting the landscapes of the Skagit Valley, North Cascades and Puget Sound region. While my style is still evolving, I would say it is best described and realistic with a touch of impressionism, with a lot of bold and vivid color. I hope to continue painting the beautiful scenes of this region for many years to come. |
